For going back to grad school it’s not necessary to be schoolchild or student. Getting new knowledge is quite real at every age and in any position. – is thought at SPA VOYAGE. The enterprise takes part at the regional project “Support for employment and improvement of labour market efficiency”. In the short term there it was organized a comfortable classroom equipped with advanced facilities. The classes are given by best professors of leading universities of the region. This year professional skills of more than 140 persons will be upgraded that is one-third of SPA VOYAGE production staff.

“We are expected with this program firstly to increase the staff qualification, involvement in their business and, surely, it must result in productivity gains. – notes general director of SPA VOYAGE Alexey Sukhov.

In the first stream are trained the workshops managers. Manager of fiberglass units production shop of SPA VOYAGE Ali Alyukov has been working here for 10 years already. He manages more than 150 persons.

“If we will increase the qualification it means we will give right direction to the staff and for their part they also will change the productivity, courses and ideas. I’m very grateful to our company to be given the opportunity to be trained in short term, - ali Alyukov said.

The regional program is being realized as part of the national project “Productivity and Support for Employment”. These aims are provided with 32 million rubles including 29 million from the federal budget.

The Project coordinator in the region is Department of Labour and Employment. This year the program joined 14 companies from different cities and areas of the region, 500 persons will increase their skills.

“We have a large program. It contains purchases area and economical production, manufacturing modernization – such programs are available. Naturally, they will be enlarged depending on employers requests, - explained Regional Department of Labour and Employment Chief Andrey Grigoriev.

SPA VOYAGE elaborates and produces transport means interiors particularly for the trains “Lastochka”. Nowadays the company has got four workshops, production areas of more than 20 thousand square meters. It’s planned to construct a new workshop of 30 thousand square meters. The company is opened for qualified specialists’ employment who are ready to work, grow up, put new aims and reach them together with friendly like-minded team of SPA VOYAGE.

“Generally for all the years has been created a good team, the collaborates works most part in Kameshkovo, but there is some from Vladimir and Kovrov. Actually more than 800 persons work at our enterprise, we are planning during three years to grow up to fifteen hundred, - announced Aleksey Sukhov.

The training within the program “Support for Employment” is free for the staff, employers expenditure is compensated from the budget resources. Totally till the year 2024 will increase professional skills 3 thousand of production enterprises personnel.

“Requests are being accepted, requests are present, managers are ready to train their staff, therefore, I suppose this number isn’t a limit, we will probably make more, - added Andrey Grigoriev.
